How do I cancel a scheduled transfer or loan payment I created in digital banking?

Your pending transactions in Blaze Digital Banking can be canceled up until their process date.

  1. Log into Blaze Digital Banking
  2. From the Transfer & Pay menu, select Manage Activity.
  3. Select Single Transactions or Recurring Transactions.

To cancel a single transaction:

  1. Check the box next to the Amount column for each transaction you'd like to cancel
  2. Select the three vertical dots next to the Amount heading.
  3. Select Cancel Selected.
  4. Review your selections and click or tap the Confirm button.
  5. The status will change to Cancelled on the Manage Activity page once completed.

To cancel recurring transactions:

  1. Click the three vertical dots to the right of the amount for the transaction you want to cancel.
  2. Click the Cancel Series option.
  3. Click the Confirm button when you are finished.
  4. The status then changes to Cancelled on the Manage Activity page.
