How do I take a screenshot to send to Blaze?

Windows Computer

1. Take a screenshot by holding down the Alt key (near space bar) and then tapping Print Screen (to right of function keys at top of keyboard)
2. Create an email and place the keyboard cursor in the body of the message.
3. Hold down the Ctrl key and tap v to paste the screenshot into the message.
4. Send the email to us.

Mac OS X Computer

1. Take a screenshot by holding down the Command key, the Shift key and the number 3.
2. This will save a file to your desktop that you can then attach in an email message to us.
