Why do I get an "Image Not Available" error when I view a check image in digital banking?

In some cases, the check payee processed your check via the Automated Clearing House (ACH) payment network. ACH is an electronic network used by many companies to process payments electronically. When your check is processed this way, there will not be a check image available to display.

You may also get this error if the Routing Number and Account Number listed at the bottom of your check are incorrect. This could occur if you entered incorrect information when ordering replacement checks.
