Why can't I view a copy of my check image?

There can be a few reasons you may not be able to see a check image when trying to view it in Blaze Digital Banking.

In some cases, the check payee will have processed your check via the Automated Clearing House (ACH) payment network. ACH is an electronic network used by many companies to process payments electronically. When your check is processed this way, there will not be a check image available to display.

You may also get this error if the Routing Number and Account Number listed at the bottom of your check are incorrect. This can occur if you entered incorrect information when ordering replacement checks.
