What should I do if my Blaze Visa Debit or Credit card is lost or stolen?

Lock your card and report it lost or stolen in Blaze Digital Banking:

1. Log into Blaze Digital Banking
2. From the Account Services menu, select Manage Cards.
3. Select your card.
4. Select the green Unlocked icon in the bottom left of your card to lock it.
5. Select Lost or Stolen from the menu and follow the prompts.

If you can't access Blaze Digital Banking, call 866.820.6831 to report your card lost or stolen.
