Can I get an alert to let me know if a scheduled transfer in digital banking failed?

Yes! Once the alert is enabled, you will receive a notification in the Blaze Digital Banking Secure Message Center.

  1. Log into Blaze Digital Banking
  2. From the Messages & eDocuments menu, select Alerts.
  3. Select New Alert and then select the Transaction Alert option.
  4. For the transaction type, select Transfer Funds and select the account you will be performing a transfer.
  5. Select Failed for the status.
  6. Specify how you want to receive the alert and select the Create Alert button.
