Can I get an alert to let me know if a scheduled transfer in digital banking failed?
Yes! Once the alert is enabled, you will receive a notification in the Blaze Digital Banking Secure Message Center.
- Log into Blaze Digital Banking
- From the Messages & eDocuments menu, select Alerts.
- Select New Alert and then select the Transaction Alert option.
- For the transaction type, select Transfer Funds and select the account you will be performing a transfer.
- Select Failed for the status.
- Specify how you want to receive the alert and select the Create Alert button.
