How can I send in verification of my vehicle insurance?
If you received a letter saying Blaze needs verification of your vehicle insurance, please visit the myinsuranceinfo.com site.
Make sure you are sending in a copy of your Declaration page of your policy and NOT a copy of your Insurance ID Card. Your Insurance ID Card does not have all of the required information, and it will not clear the issue.
The site may ask for a Reference ID number. If you received a mailing it will include that number on the letter. If you don’t have a reference ID number, please click "I don’t have ID reference number."
Alternatively, you can send your insurance declaration page to the below email or fax if you cannot upload it to the website.

If your loan has had insurance placed, allow 2-3 weeks for your refund to go back to your loan and for your monthly payment to be adjusted back to the original amount.
